Hi guys! I will be emailing everyone with this email below. Please read here, or in your email and respond ASAP to [email protected].
Hi everyone! Welcome to continuous learning! I am so happy to be connecting with all of you again. I know this has been a stressful and confusing time for many of us. I’m hoping that we can reconnect and work together to get through the rest of the semester. Moving forward, we will be using my website – mrskferguson.weebly.com to continue our learning. I will be posting assignments to that site for you to work through and that is where you will check for your work for the course. Your course code is NBE3C (whether you are in the 3C or in the 3E course). At this point, I have been directed to only focus on making contact with each and every one of you. We will not be starting any curriculum YET. Please send me an email ASAP directly to [email protected] letting me know that you’ve read this. If I do not hear from you soon, I will be calling you. In your response email, please let me know how you are doing through all of this. Please also let me know if you have reliable access to a computer and to internet. I will be making contact again shortly with more curriculum related details. Please continue to check the website daily for updates. Thank you for your patience during all of this! I hope you are all staying healthy. Ms. Ferguson Hi Everyone,
Another update. We've been given further information regarding the current situation with school closures. You and your families will be getting a letter home from the Bluewater District School Board. BWDSB Letter to Parents This letter contains the most up to date information regarding the closures. Worrying about any future work for this class is premature at this time. Please focus on taking care of yourselves and your family. Stay safe and healthy everyone! Hi guys!
I hope you are all keeping well and staying healthy! I have no real update for you regarding the school situation, but I encourage to continue working away on the Indian Horse assignment if it provides you with something to focus on. However, if you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed out about it, added to the everyday stress we are living in under the current circumstances, then do not do the assignment. I do not want to add any stress to this wild, uncertain time. My challenge for you over the next little while is to do your part to help the community, support your family, take care of yourself and read a little - I am the English teacher after all. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns and I will update when I have any further information from the Province or the board. Stay healthy everyone! This week in NBE3C:
